Error in internal memoy management (ABAP MEMORY).

The current program <runtime parameter> was meant to create a MEMORY control block, but
this already exists (multiple control). This is allowed only if:
1. The length of the new MEMORY is exactly the same as the existing
one, or 2. The mode of the new MEMORY is the same as the MODE (SHARED
or LOCAL) of the administration block.
