The current program <runtime parameter> was to write a management line to
the MEMORY ID <runtime parameter>. The name <runtime parameter> has the length <runtime parameter>, but
the maximum permitted length of a MEMORY ID is <runtime parameter>. Therefore,
this MEMORY ID <runtime parameter> could not be created.
