When RSQL control blocks are created, table names are placed in RSQL
structures.
In the present case, table name "<runtime parameter>" contains more than <runtime parameter> characters
and is therefore too long for the RSQL structure.
The error suggests that the length defined for the table name in the
Data Dictionary is different to the length defined in the database
interface.
