If the error occurs in a non-modfied SAP service/template, you might be able to find a solution in the SAP Notes system.
If you have access to the SAP Notes system, check there first using the following keywords:
<runtime parameter> Error message. Please see abap error for more details about the possible cause of this runtime error and how it could be avoided.

An error message was received from the WebAs. No template could be found for the basic screen of the error message (program: <runtime parameter> screen number: <runtime parameter>). The ITS service therefore had to be terminated. Correct the error if possible. This ITS service will not be executable again until the error has been corrected, and the WebAs therefore does not send the error message anymore. ITS service <runtime parameter> had to be terminated after the WebAs sent the following error message:
