WHERE condition not unique in the SELECT SINGLE

The ABAP program tried to execute an Open SQL statement where the hit
set was limited to a single row using 'SELECT SINGLE'.
The primary key of the table was not completely specified in the WHERE
condition however, meaning that the hit set could be bigger than one
record. The operation was therefore terminated.
