The target area has an incorrect type.

The ABAP program running tried to execute an Open SQL statement in which
a locator or a stream was to be created or used.
However, in this case the target area <runtime parameter> contains a field with a
reference type that is not supported. Only reference types that
implement the interface IF_ABAP_DB_LOB_HANDLE are permitted.
