ZDATE_ILLEGAL_DBTIME ABAP Runtime Error

The time on the database server might have been set forward or back in the system.
Make sure that the times and time zones on the application server and database server match and then restart the system. The time on the database server is not correct. Please see internal error for more details about the possible cause of this runtime error and how it could be avoided.

The ABAP interpreter always determines the local time relative to time on the database. To do this, it obtains the time of the application server and the time of the database at regular intervals. The times must both meet certain plausibility criteria. The time of the second time stamp obtained cannot be earlier than that of the first time stamp obtained.

In the present case, the plausibility criteria for the time on the database server have been violated.
