The target area has the wrong type.

The ABAP program running tried to execute a SELECT statement where a
locator or a read stream was to be created.
In the present case however, target area <runtime parameter> has a field whose static
type is "REF TO <runtime parameter>". Either this does not match the specification in
the CREATING addition, or the entry in the CREATING addition is
redundant.
