In the running program <runtime parameter>, the field <runtime parameter> with length <runtime parameter> should be
accessed using "SECTION OFFSET <runtime parameter> LENGTH <runtime parameter>".
The SECTION addition is only correct if the substring specified with
offset/length is within the field <runtime parameter>.
