Error in internal memory management (ABAP MEMORY). Please see internal error for more details about the possible cause of this runtime error and how it could be avoided.

The current program <runtime parameter> releases a complete MEMORY. The first line of the associated MEMORY administration information was supposed to be stored in the paging block <runtime parameter> with offset <runtime parameter>. This is due to an error in the internal MEMORY management.
