Error in internal memory management (ABAP MEMORY).

The current program <runtime parameter> releases a complete MEMORY. The
first line of the associated MEMORY administration information
was supposed to be stored in the paging block <runtime parameter> with offset <runtime parameter>.
Releasing the complete administration information
led to an error.
