Subroutine pool <runtime parameter> not in PXA after generation.

The subroutine pool <runtime parameter> had to be regenerated because it was pushed
out of the program buffer. Although the subroutine pool was placed
in the program buffer (PXA) after successful generation, it
could not be found there.
