The table <runtime parameter>-NAME was defined with UNIQUE KEY. In this kind of table
not two entries may have the same (duplicate) key.
In this case multiple lines were to be inserted at position <runtime parameter> using
INSERT/APPEND LINES OF SrcTab ... INTO/TO DstTab ...
Line <runtime parameter> of the source table SrcTab could not be inserted because there
is already an entry in the target table with an identical key.
The line <runtime parameter> of the source table SrcTab could not be inserted because an
entry with an identical key already existed in the target table.
