INCL_NOT_SYNCHRONIZED ABAP Runtime Error

Since synchronization of the local buffer takes place only at certain intervals, an inconsistency can always arise. If terminations of this type occur often, you should decrease the time that elapses between each synchronization (see installation manual). Your system buffer is not synchronized with the database. The Dictionary buffer ("nametab") or the ABAP/4 program buffer ("PXA") of your system is not synchronized with the database.

Synchronization of the local buffer can occur only at certain intervals, so such an inconsistency is always possible if a Dictionary structure is generated on one machine and an ABAP/4 program referring to it on another machine.
