If the system detects at runtime that a program called with SUBMIT or a routine accessed by an external PERFORM is not executable (because the program is of type I instead of 1 or M), the program must be terminated. An attempt was made in the current ABAP programm to call program <runtime parameter>. This program is not executable. The current program therefore had to be terminated.
