In the current program <runtime parameter>, the command "REPLACE ALL OCCURENCES OF SUBSTRING <runtime parameter> ... " should be executed. Since the field <runtime parameter> has length 0, the command would cause an endless loop. Therefore the program was terminated. The execution of the command would have triggered an endless loop ans was therefore terminated in time.
