In the current program <runtime parameter>, the value found while analyzing expression <runtime parameter> ** <runtime parameter> cannot be represented in floating point format.

If the operation "x ** y" is calculated with type DECFLOAT34, the following must apply in order to avoid an overflow:
y * ln x < 14149.

If the operation "x ** y" is calculated with type F, there could be either an overflow or an underflow. (Type F is based on the floating point format in accordance with IEEE 754.)
