VIAK23_DB is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Participation IDs, validity period not adjusted to DB" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure VIAK23_DB using ABAP code?
