SATR_ID_TEXT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Runtime Analysis: ID/SubID <-> Text" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure SATR_ID_TEXT using ABAP code?
