SAP IFM_CCF_CONTROL_DATA Control Data for Fiscal Year Change (FM) Table data and field list

IFM_CCF_CONTROL_DATA is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Control Data for Fiscal Year Change (FM)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure IFM_CCF_CONTROL_DATA using ABAP code?
