UAI_S_RULE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Rule (Join from Definition & Texts)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure UAI_S_RULE using ABAP code?
