Note 351758 Details:
When does this problem occur
A view includes a join with segment TXW_MAT (Material master). The join
conditions include the fields MATNR (material number) and WERK
S (plant). The view does not return those records where the plant field
is blank.
If an earlier version of this note was implemented, the symptom may be
that dependent material records are linked even if both materia
l and plant are blank.
Cause of the problem and Pre-requisites
DART ignores blank values for performance reasons, because normally
blank values do not have dependent records. However, TXW_MAT-WERKS
is an exception.

For R/3 3.0D - 4.5B, this repair is included in DART 1.07 patch level 2.
