Message number 215 of class AY is used to display message "The distribution does not work mathematically" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

    MESSAGE W215(AY). "Warning message example

What causes this issue

You want to create assets from within a purchase order or purchase
requisition, and then distribute the quantity of the purchase order item among the new assets you created.
The item order quantity v1 cannot be divided in whole numbers to the
v2 assets that are being created.

System Response

If you do not change the number of similar assets to be created, the
system will distribute v3 v4 to each asset.

HINTS
You can still change the distribution in maintenance for the account
assignments for the purchase order item.
