F2218 is a standard SAP S/4HANA Fiori application available within SAP and S/4HANA systems depending on your version and release level. With this app, you can check general ledger (G/L) account line items in the entry view. You can use filters to display open and cleared items for open-item-managed accounts or all line items of a G/L account. You can select the line items based on a key date or after the clearing date in conjunction with a key date. ;
