What causes this issue

It is not possible to create a down payment request for one-time
customers.

System Response

Billing document creation is canceled.

How to fix

Create customer master data for the down payment process. You cannot use
CpD customers for this process. Special G/L transactions cannot beposted to CpD accounts.&SYS_ADMIN&
