Message number 292 of class VF is used to display message "Enter number of declaration for this period" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

What causes this issue

The consecutive number of the report in this period has to be entered.
If only one report is issued in each period, the number is always 1.Otherwise, 1 is added to each following number. In the followingperiod, you start out with 1 again.
