Message number 187 of class VF is used to display message "Retro-billing is not possible" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

What causes this issue

Another user is also processing the retro-billing list.

System Response

A retro-billing cannot be created because the other user is most likely
also creating a retro-billing.

How to fix

Wait until the other user is no longer blocking the retro-billing list
and try again.You will know when the block has been lifted when you restart or
regenerate the report.&SYS_ADMIN&
