Message number 856 of class IW is used to display message "Order type &1 can only be used for refurbishment" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

What causes this issue

You selected an order type which is reserved for refurbishment orders.
If you tried to create a sub-order (IW36), note that this function is
not implemented for refurbishment orders.

System Response

The system automatically branches to the transaction 'Create
Refurbishment Order' (IW81).
