What causes this issue

You want to delete operation &V1& in order.

System Response

For the operation, there is a PO assigned to the account of the order
that has been created and may already have been sent. At GR, the actualcosts are charged to the order.

How to fix

If workflow is active, Purchasing is automatically informed so that the
PO can be reversed if necessary.&SYS_ADMIN&
