What causes this issue

The system could not set a deletion flag because the
maintenance order has not yet been closed.

How to fix

Remove the deletion mark for this maintenance order. First assign the
status Closed or Not processed. Afterwards, you can usethe order in the preprocessing program and set both the deletion flagand the deletion indicator at the same time.
