What causes this issue

You want to print the shop papers for this
maintenance order. However, they have alreadybeen created.

System Response

The system sends you a warning to that effect.

How to fix

You can create copies of the original shop papers. To do this, proceed
in the same way as when printing the originals. The system marks theprintouts with the word 'Copy'.
