What causes this issue

The order type has an indicator
automatic release. This means that the system normally releasesthe maintenance order automatically uponcreation.In this case, however, the system did not succeed in automatically
releasing the order.

How to fix

Release the order manually. To do this, carry out the following three
steps:Select the PM order in change mode.Select Order -> Functions -> Release.Save the order.RESET N1
