What causes this issue

You want to give the execution factor the value 0.

System Response

The value 0 is not authorized as an execution factor.

How to fix

If you want to deactivate an operation in an order, there are
several possibilities:1. Delete the operation.
2. Select the control key which excludes the operation of orderfunctions such as scheduling, capacity reqirements planning and costing.3. Set values for work, duration or number to 0.
