Message number 754 of class B1 is used to display message "IDocs in serialization group & are still in the tRFC queue" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

DATA: lv_val1(100) TYPE C.
lv_val1 = '123'.

    MESSAGE E754(B1) WITH lv_val1. "Error message example

    MESSAGE W754(B1) WITH lv_val1. "Warning message example

    MESSAGE I754(B1) WITH lv_val1. "Information message example

What causes this issue

Not all the IDocs for serialization group &v1& have been successfully
sent yet. For this reason the serialization group cannot be updated inthe receiving system without errors occurring. If the flag is not setto 'Always send control message', no control IDoc will be sent.

How to fix

Send the requests again manually. Select Tools -> ALE -> Administration
-> Periodic processing -> Transactional RFC and execute the TransactionBD42 again.
