What causes this issue

An error occurred in the database while the &v1& table was being
modified. The reason may be that the table does not exist in the systemor that there was not enough free space in the database or that therewas a problem with the connection to the database.

If the problem is not solved then this could lead to data not being
distributed properly in productive operation.
