What causes this issue

The function module already exists. It cannot be generated.

How to fix

If you want to replace the existing function module, you must first
delete it. If the function module contains manual tailoring, thisshould first be saved. The function module can be deleted in theFunction Builder (Transaction SE37).If the existing module is not to be replaced, please select another
name.
