Message number 478 of class B1 is used to display message "No logical system name has been defined for client &" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:DATA: lv_val1(100) TYPE C.

What causes this issue
It has been determined that the logical system name &v2& has beendefined for source clients but not for the new client &v1&. In thiscase there may be documents that have been created in source clientsunder &v2& which cannot be found any longer in this new client.
