What causes this issue

It has been determined that the logical system name &v2& has been
defined for source clients but not for the new client &v1&. In thiscase there may be documents that have been created in source clientsunder &v2& which cannot be found any longer in this new client.

You can define a logical system name for this new client and then start
the translation tool manually online.
