What causes this issue

The valid time frames of two model views can only coincide with each
other if they do not contain any mutual ALE links (method linking aclient and server or message type linking a sending system and areceiving system.)The valid time frames of model views &V1& and &V2& coincide if they
have mutual ALE links.
