Message number 115 of class B1 is used to display message "Message type & already being processed" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

What causes this issue

You have tried to access data already being processed in change mode.

System Response

Since it is not possible for several users to change data at the same
time, your request has been rejected.

How to fix

Either confirm the message to access the data in display mode,
or leave the transaction and try again later.
