Message number 035 of class B1 is used to display message "Maximum no. of repetitions exceeded" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

What causes this issue

The number of times the IDoc was resubmitted for import exceeded the
maximum allowed.

How to fix

Check the previous status entries of the IDoc, and reimport manually if
necessary.
