Message number 018 of class B1 is used to display message "Port & is not an RFC port, or RFC destination is missing" and can be triggered using the following ABAP code:

DATA: lv_val1(100) TYPE C.
lv_val1 = '123'.

What causes this issue

Port &v1& cannot be used for the Remote Function Call (RFC). Either the
port type is incorrect or you have not entered a logical RFCdestination.

How to fix

Maintain another port in the partner profile or change the
configurations of the current port.
