You have defined icons. The IDs of these icons are not in strictly
ascending order.

System Response

The system cannot save the icon.

How to fix

Use report to see the next ID that you should assign.
Delete the icon you have just defined and define it again. Use the next
ID in sequential order.&SYS_ADMIN&
