SAP OLR3_TS_DATA_BUFFER Object Type Data Fields Table data and field list

OLR3_TS_DATA_BUFFER is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Object Type Data Fields" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure OLR3_TS_DATA_BUFFER using ABAP code?
