SAP WCSLOGCTXT WCM: Context of Application Log Table data and field list

WCSLOGCTXT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "WCM: Context of Application Log" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure WCSLOGCTXT using ABAP code?
