SAP UPP_YS_API_ROW Description of lines Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure UPP_YS_API_ROW using ABAP code?

As UPP_YS_API_ROW is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on UPP_YS_API_ROW as there is no data to select.
