SAP UPC_YS_API_SEQUENCE Planning Sequence Table data and field list

UPC_YS_API_SEQUENCE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Planning Sequence" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure UPC_YS_API_SEQUENCE using ABAP code?
