SAP UPB_YS_PM_VARIABLE Variables of Planning Folder Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure UPB_YS_PM_VARIABLE using ABAP code?

As UPB_YS_PM_VARIABLE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on UPB_YS_PM_VARIABLE as there is no data to select.
