SAP TOOL_USER_SCR Additional Insurance Account Assignment Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure TOOL_USER_SCR using ABAP code?

As TOOL_USER_SCR is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on TOOL_USER_SCR as there is no data to select.
