SAP TFC_S_SREP_ITEM_NODE Task Element: Hierarchy Information Table data and field list

TFC_S_SREP_ITEM_NODE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Task Element: Hierarchy Information" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure TFC_S_SREP_ITEM_NODE using ABAP code?
