SAP TFC_S_FOLDER Structure for TFC_Folder Maintenance Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure TFC_S_FOLDER using ABAP code?

As TFC_S_FOLDER is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on TFC_S_FOLDER as there is no data to select.
