SAP STTEXT_UPD_ACT Structure for multilang activity update Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure STTEXT_UPD_ACT using ABAP code?

As STTEXT_UPD_ACT is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on STTEXT_UPD_ACT as there is no data to select.
